Do you have more details regarding the content?

A sample of the training material is available for viewing. This includes the program’s table of contents in order to gain a better understanding of the topics covered. Is it a self-paced learning program?

Yes, the Ignite VET Knowledge is downloadable training material which is designed as a self-paced learning program for RTO administration staff. This allows the staff to work through the program at their own speed. Ignite Performance Solution can customise training delivery of the program at an RTO’s request. How much is it per employee?

The program is not a per-participant pricing. When purchasing the training material, the copyright allows the purchaser to make additional copies for educational purposes within their institution. Once the program has been purchased and downloaded, the material can be distributed to as many team members as required.

Are assessment tools included and who will mark them?

Throughout the program the participants are encouraged to create reference cards (Clue Cards), to record the results of research they have conducted. The Clue Cards and the written responses to the activities may then be used as evidence towards either or both of the named units of competency. An ‘Accredit me’ section is available for RTOs wishing to issue a statement of attainment. This includes a mapping matrix along with additional assessment tools to fulfil the evidence requirements of the units. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the RTO to check that the evidence provided by each participant meets the requirements of the units of competency before issuing a statement of attainment.

Does Ignite Performance Solutions issue the Statement of Attainments for the units of competencies listed?

Ignite Performance Solutions is not an RTO; we are a professional development provider and are not authorised to issue nationally accredited training testaments. If you wish to obtain a SOA, we may be able to assist via a partner RTO. Participants must have completed all required assessments from the ‘Accredit me’ section. Is there any support provided; for example, answers to questions from RTO’s or their staff?

Ignite Performance Solutions values all customers and will be happy to answer any questions about the program or any of the update releases. We also encourage feedback and suggestions on how we can improve the program for future update releases. If a suggestion of new content is received by an RTO and adopted into the program the suggesting RTO will receive that update release for free.

Is there a refund policy if we decide this is not useful for our team?

Ignite gives clients complete peace of mind when purchasing this product, by offering a satisfaction guarantee.  If the Program does not meet the stated learning outcomes then we offer a full refund of the purchase price. The sample provided includes the table of contents and RTOs are asked to consider their needs before making a purchase as refunds are not available simply because the product was not suitable for their RTO.

How do I order the training material?

Purchases can be made via the website at www.igniteps.com.au/index.php/vet-knowledge or alternatively you can request an invoice for payment by emailing. Once payment is processed a link will be emailed in order to download and save the program to your network.
